We are looking for people to join Cloud Estate Fukuoka Head Office and Cloud Estate Ohashi in real estate work centred on rental brokerage. Newcomers start with training from senior staff and the store manager.

Full-time employee

Real estate office staff (Fukuoka Head Office)

Cloud Estate Fukuoka Head Office (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka; 1-minute walk from Hakata Station) | Monthly salary from ¥230,000 (no fixed overtime pay)

You will handle brokerage sales centred on rental properties and the related administrative work. With training from senior staff and the store manager, you will learn the whole process: hearing what customers are looking for, proposing properties, accompanying viewings, handling applications and contracts, and handing over keys.

Real estate office staff (Ohashi)

Cloud Estate Ohashi (Minami-ku, Fukuoka; 3-minute walk from Ohashi Station) | Monthly salary from ¥200,000 (no fixed overtime pay)

Work style

Working at BLASTMADE

Work locations: Cloud Estate Fukuoka Head Office (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka; 1-minute walk from Hakata Station) / Cloud Estate Ohashi (Minami-ku, Fukuoka; 3-minute walk from Ohashi Station). No transfers that require relocation.
Employment type: Full-time employee (6-month probation period on the same terms as regular employment)
Working hours: Shift system of 35–40 hours per week between 9:00 and 20:00 (160 hours per month). Working hours are negotiable.
Days off: Shift-based days off, summer holidays and year-end/New Year holidays. Requests for days off are welcome.
Salary: Monthly salary from ¥230,000 (Fukuoka Head Office) / from ¥200,000 (Ohashi). No fixed overtime pay. Raises based on ability.
Benefits: Full social insurance (employment, workers' accident, health and pension), commuting allowance (actual cost, up to ¥20,000), licensed real estate transaction agent allowance (¥20,000 when registered as the designated agent), company trips
Requirements: Licensed real estate transaction agent (takken) and an ordinary driver's licence (automatic-only accepted). No education or experience requirements; newcomers are welcome.
