Which branches offer online viewings?
Ask at Fukuoka Head Office (Hakata), Ohashi or our Shibuya branch in Tokyo. For homes in Tokyo, please contact our Shibuya branch directly, even if you live in Fukuoka. Our Shibuya branch handles everything through to the contract.
What do I need for a viewing?
A smartphone video call. Let us know which method is easiest for you.
Can I do everything without visiting?
Our Shibuya office in Tokyo offers online viewings, online explanation of important matters, e-contracts and keys sent by mail, so you can sign without visiting. Keys can be sent by mail, or handed to you in person at the office if you prefer. At our Fukuoka offices, everything from consultation to viewing can be done online; please ask us about the later steps. Depending on the property or management company, we may ask you to visit.
Can I also view in person?
Yes. You can narrow down your choices online and then view only the homes you're interested in.
