   We strive to explain products clearly so that you fully understand them, including important matters that may be disadvantageous to you.

   We do not solicit at times or places that inconvenience you, use intimidating methods or give misleading explanations.

   We handle and manage customer information appropriately and strictly.

   When an accident occurs or you make a claim, we strive to respond promptly and appropriately.
